Welcome to the Halo Staffing eLearning course on – Technical skills for using technology.

We will begin this course with some basic information about technology.

We will then list the digital devices you as a care professional would be working with daily.

Here, we will list the relevant legislations in the UK.

We will then match the available technologies to the relevant care tasks.

Having done that, we will inform you how to make use of accessibility tools on devices and help others to use these tools.

The next section will be about the internet – how to access websites, use search engines, send and receive emails etc.

Finally, we will inform you how to solve basic problems when using technology.
