Flexible staffing and ethical recruitment practices mean we can offer consistent availability of health and social care professionals. This includes support workers, care assistants and nurses, all with the skills needed to overcome last minute staff shortages and long-term staffing dilemmas.

We provide temporary and permanent agency cover throughout England and Wales.

HALO RECRUITMENT

The recruitment process will consist of:

  • Application

  • Face to Face Interview

  • If successful, you’ll be asked to complete an Enhanced DBS check. We can offer this and costs you £49.05. Once you have completed 100 hours in the first 3 months and joined the update service, we pay you the money back.

  • As soon as we have your DBS application sent off, we will set you up on our training platform and get you started on training

  • Referencing – we will ask you to provide referee details

  • Eligibility to work in the UK checks

  • Work history checks

  • Health checks and risk assessments

  • Training includes Care Certificate, Safeguarding, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, First Aid, Infection Control, Moving and Handling, and Epilepsy
