What is the role about?
As a Support Worker in Stoke-on-Trent, no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives within their local communities.
Being a Support Worker is about much more than providing care. It’s about building trust, encouraging confidence and helping people achieve the things that matter most to them.
