With the increased threat to modern day security is it incredibly important that we can all stay safe online and one of the best ways you can protect yourself against these threats is by completing training. Our training covers different types of security threats that you may face, such as: phishing.

Phishing is when someone poses as a legitimate company or person so that they can obtain sensitive information from you, this could be done in many different ways but one of the most common forms is through fake websites or emails.

Another course that is being launched is our complaints handling course, which helps towards recognising and resolving complaints. This can be done in a number of ways, one of which is to listen to the other person, admit the mistake you have made (if you’re the one at fault) and put the work in to make changes.
