Job Title: Housing Support Driver
Location: Newbury, West Berkshire
Job Type: Monday – Thursday 09:00-17:00
Description: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Housing Support Driver to join our growing team. In this rewarding role you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals in struggling times and empower them to build a brighter future.
About the Role:
- Supporting clients in their own homes in the community.
- Provide support and guidance to clients, helping to assess their needs and provide personalised support plans.
- Inform and assist with accessing essential services, such as accommodation, healthcare, and benefits.
- Building trust and rapport with the community by providing emotional support.
You will receive full training and will be supported by others in the team as well as our amazing office team. Together we will ensure those grappling with homelessness receive the best service and support and are able to integrate into their local communities.

- Hold a valid driving licence (essential for this role).
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience working with vulnerable individuals.
