  • Establishing a routine

What qualifications do you need to be a live-in carer?

While it is not essential having previous experience in care is useful when wishing to secure a job as a live-in carer. Many live-in carers have worked their way up through the industry to require this job, you can too.

Some other things to note:

  • Having a Care Certificate is required
  • Training is usually given
  • Background checks are also performed
