Welcome to the Halo Staffing eLearning course on – Communicating through technology.

We will begin this course with a description of various methods of digital communication and their uses.

We will then inform you how to choose the right technology for the situation and adapt your communication style as necessary.

Here, we will list the relevant legislations in the UK.

Having done that, we will inform you how to use communication technologies safely, securely, and appropriately, with respect for others and in line with your organisation’s policies

We will then explain how digital platforms and forums can be useful to collaborate with others

Finally, we will inform you how to support the service users to use the digital communication tools effectively.
