Job Title: Protestant Religious Education Coordinator
Location: RAF Fairford
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Part-Time
About the Role
Halo Staffing is seeking a motivated and organised Protestant Religious Education Coordinator to support and lead faith-based programmes within a military chapel community at RAF Fairford.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, young people, and families while working within a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee weekly youth groups and children's Sunday School programmes
- Plan and deliver seasonal events and faith-based activities throughout the year
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers
- Manage schedules, attendance records, and programme communications
- Assist with annual calendar planning and budget tracking
- Ensure all programmes reflect Protestant beliefs and values

Requirements
- Experience in ministry leadership, youth programmes, or religious education (preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multi-faith environment
- Confidence with administrative tasks and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Protestant theology and worship practices
- Fluent in English
- Right to work in the UK
