We urgently need Support Workers to join our growing team in Chester! Are you looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? At Halo Staffing, we’re passionate about providing high-quality support to vulnerable adults within the Chester community. 

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or those facing challenging circumstances to live fulfilling and independent lives. No two days will be the same! You may find yourself supporting someone with daily living skills, assisting them with accessing essential community services, or providing emotional and practical support. 

 

What we are looking for from you: 

  • A nurturing attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for care work 
  • Experience within a support setting (desirable but not essential) 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • A friendly, professional, and positive demeanor 
  • A respectful and considerate nature 
  • Integrity, reliability, and a willingness to travel within Chester and surrounding areas 
  • A valid driving licence (desirable but not essential)
