Job Title: Support Worker – Learning Disability

We are looking for a friendly and social Support Worker to join our team, supporting a brilliant autistic individual. This is a flexible role, offering Wednesdays to Fridays, perfect for someone who thrives on a varied schedule.
About the Role:
- Be a positive and friendly companion, providing support with daily tasks and activities.
- Assist and encourage the individual in their interests and hobbies, which includes golf and trampolining.
- Encourage social interaction and build a strong and trusting relationship.
- Transport the individual to appointments and activities (car required due to rural location).

You will receive full training and will be supported by other Support Workers in the team as well as our amazing office team. Together we will ensure that people with disabilities receive the best service and support and are able to integrate into their local communities.
