Supported Living

Supported Living

Supported living is a service designed to promote independence by offering support to people in their own homes. Those in supported living oversee their own living costs and bills.

Those in supported living have full control and choice over the responsibilities presented to them by having own tenancy and that is thanks to the help of those working to ensure that people can live as independently as possible.

What would supported living offer those you are supporting?

This service creates meaningful connections for all involved. It allows a sense of responsibility and ownership which helps people with learning disabilities and mental health needs to live as freely and as independently as possible in their own lives and homes.

Allowing both those within the service and the support worker to establish all individual needs and find the best ways to support them. Helping towards the growth of confidence when it comes to day-to-day life.
