Your rights as an agency worker 

 

As an agency worker, you are entitled to certain basic rights at work as soon as you start working.

If you have been at the same job for at least 12 weeks, you will get the same rights as people who were hired by the organisation and not through an agency, including, basic pay and annual leave. 

 

Types of contracts: 

 

Permanent: A contract which doesn’t expire unless stated by either the agency or the company employing you 

 

Flexible: Those on flexible contracts are employed directly by us 

 

Employed for 3 – 6 –12 months by Halo Staffing 

 

At Halo Staffing your contract terms include, a verbally agreed working schedule, a typed/written document, pay of at least minimum wage for the job you are choosing and an offer letter. 

 

Your contract will start to be made as soon as you accept the job offer.
