As a Health Care Assistant (HCA), you will be providing high quality support to many service users who have varying levels of support needs. You will help to maintain the privacy, dignity, choices, individuality and rights of each individual within everything you do. The role is varied but may include assisting with day-to-day activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, serving meals and supporting with participation in activities and events taking place within the home. You will receive full training and will be supported by other Health Care Assistants (HCA) and Nurses in the care team as well as our amazing office team. Together we will ensure that service users receive the best service and support and are able to integrate into their local communities.
