On Wednesday 25th May our team met together for the very first time!

We all met up in Birmingham and took part in a range of team building activities, where we looked at our own personal attributes and how they complement the team.

These activities were all in the theme of dogs. We were given a pack of cards each where we were then given the task of picking out the 12 words that best described us and on the back of these cards were images of various dogs.

We reviewed the traits of the most common dog that each one of us had, which we all agreed described us well.

Continuing the dog theme, dog bowls were then placed on the table with images of each dog in the bottom of them. We then each had to put glass beads into the dog bowls that corresponded with us. By doing this we could see what our attributes are as a team, what we had in common and what we needed to work on.

After we had finished with our team building exercises we hunted down where we were going for lunch where we spoke about the future of the company over burgers.

We don’t only like solving challenges at work! As we tried to escape in the Alice in Puzzleland escape room in the afternoon which we successfully completed in 54:37.
