• List all the relevant legislations in the UK
• Explain the need to involve and support people to make informed choices on the use of technology for their care
• Know what you should do if you are concerned that technology may be negatively impacting someone or their rights
• Summarise your role in using technology for the benefit of people and to enhance their rights
