Welcome to the Halo Staffing Care Workforce Pathway eLearning course on Resilience and coping skills.

We will begin this course by establishing the basics of this subject, here we will focus on work-related stress.

Having done that, we will describe few signs and causes of a stressful situation in the health and social care setting.

At this point we will inform you about the relevant legislations in the UK.

The next section will focus on the concept of stress risk management.

Resilience and coping skills will be theme of the following section.

Finally, we will inform you how to look after your own mental health and wellbeing.
