Welcome to the Halo Staffing Care Workforce Pathway eLearning course focusing on how to work in a person-centred way.

We will begin the course with an explanation of the person-centred values.

We will then inform you how to work in a person-centred way.

The next section will list all the relevant legislations in the UK.

After that, we will focus on the importance of mental capacity when providing person-centred care.

The following section will be about supporting the individual by addressing factors that may be causing pain, discomfort or emotional distress.

Finally, we will focus on the importance of maintaining the identity, self-esteem, spiritual and overall wellbeing of the individual and how can you support them in doing so.
