Welcome to the Halo Staffing eLearning on British values.

We will begin this course by explaining what the British values are.

We will then inform you the purpose of them and how do they relate to the health and social care sector.

At this point, we will list all the relevant legislations in the UK.

We will then inform you how you can uphold and promote the principle of democracy, the rule of law, the individual liberty, mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs.

This will be promptly followed by a connection to the assessment process of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and a brief guidance on how the care providers can demonstrate their compliance.

We will list a few challenges which you / or team may face during the implementation of these values. Finally, we will present to you some strategies to address them effectively and efficiently.
