We begin this course with explanation of care audit and how it can be used to improve the quality of your services.
This will be followed by a description of the key stages in the care audit.
The following section covers the relevant legislations in the UK.
We will then inform you about the importance of involving and supporting the people who use your services.
The next section will list some tips and guidance for conducting care audit in your organisation.
We will then inform you about supporting personalisation of services.
An explanation about auditing the care plans will be the subject of the next section.
This will be followed by a description of the importance of audit action plans.
Finally, we will describe how to close the audit loop and report the progress.
