Welcome to the Halo Staffing eLearning course on Personal Development Plans. In this course, we will cover everything that you’ll need to know in order to be able to assist your team with achieving their full potential.

First of all, we will look at what a personal development plan is, and the important aspects of one.

From there, the reasons why an individual should have a personal development plan will be covered.

After that, key theories of personal development will be looked at.

The fourth section will cover ways to help an individual identify what they need to develop.

The section after that will contain information on helping an individual identify the most effective ways for them to develop.

From there, we’ll look at how to create realistic timeframes for development.

Finally, we’ll look at what SMART targets are, and how to use them.
