Description

Welcome to the Halo Staffing eLearning course on the Disability Confidence Framework. In this course we will go through everything you’ll need to know to be able to have your organisation be as inclusive as possible and join the Disability Confidence Framework. 

The first section will cover a brief overview of what the Disability Confidence Framework is.  

From there, we’ll look at the benefits of joining up with the Disability Confidence Framework.  

After that, the different levels, and the responsibilities that they have, will be examined.  

The fourth section will touch on the Voluntary Reporting Framework. 

How to achieve the different levels of the Disability Confidence Framework will be covered in the next section. 

After that, how to maintain the level you have achieved will be covered. 

Finally, we’ll look at the details of accreditation.
