Welcome to the Halo Staffing Face-to-Face course about care planning.

We begin this course with the description of a care plan and its importance.

We will then inform you about the relevant legislations in the UK.

The next topic is about the importance of ensuring that the individual receives the same care regardless of which care worker is on duty.

This will then be followed by the importance of making a record of the service which is being provided to the individual.

This next topic will inform you about person-centred care planning and how to support the individual in identifying and managing their own care needs.

We will then inform you how to write effective care plans.

Care plan reviews and working documents will be our next topic.

Finally, we will inform you how to develop advance care plans.
