Welcome to the Halo Staffing eLearning course on Dementia.

We will begin this course with a description of the fundamentals of dementia.

We will then inform you about the types and signs of dementia.

We will then try to differentiate dementia from other similar conditions.

At this point we will inform you about the relevant legislations in the UK.

Having done that, we will focus our attention on the physical, psychological and emotional problems faced by people living with dementia.

We will also describe how to deliver person-centred care to an individual living with dementia.

Here, we will explain how to communicate effectively with people living with dementia.
